About Dan Silberstein

Entrepreneur and event promoter Dan Silberstein lives and works in the Los Angeles area, where he has owned and operated Drink Eat Play since 2006. Dan Silberstein now runs event teams based throughout California, as well as in New York; Philadelphia; Baltimore; Washington, DC; Chicago; Phoenix; and Miami. These teams help organize and oversee beer festivals and other activities that draw large crowds and require careful planning.

At Drink Eat Play, Silberstein and his teams manage all facets of the events they organize, from venue acquisition and advertising to security and technical services. They possess years of experience in working behind the scenes at a variety of different event types, including beer and wine festivals and theme parties. Specializing in beer festivals, the company currently runs the Bay Area Brew Festival and the San Diego Beer Festival, as well as many others nationwide. 

Outside of his demanding job, Silberstein enjoys exploring his home city of Los Angeles and its unique restaurants and eateries, from the upscale to the low-key.
